20 questions: Tagged by Ashma

1. Name Three Most Valuable Assets?

Positive attitude, Maturity and Confidence.

2. If you have the chance, what would you probably say to your beloved one?

Ah.... well! I would settle for something on the lines of this: "Thanks for making me look forward with anticipation in life, rather than looking back with regret and doubt."

3. If you were to be stranded on a desert island, who are the 3 (I too make it four :-)..) blog buddies you would take with you?

Annapoornima: Our mindset appears to match a lot! So I would love to meet her, desert island being an excuse ;-) !

Casablanca: A fiery wit if I have ever seen one :-)!

Dreamvendor: The most scintillating stories (fiction, I assume) I have ever read. Could dig his brains as to how he gets such ideas :-)!

Anand: Love the thought process of this analytical guy to bits !

4. Where is the place that you want to go the most?

The Himalayas! There's something about those remote mountain peaks which is both alluring and mysterious.

5. If you can have 1 dream to come true, what would it be?

Ha ha... no dreams, only goals! I have a goal of developing an alternative career. And if you ask what it is, all I can answer at this point of time is this: I wish I knew it myself :-)!

6.Till now, what is the moment that you regret the most?

The one moment which I had regretted the most became a turning point in my life. So I no longer consider it a 'regret'.

7. What are you afraid to lose the most?

My identity and independence

8. What would you do if you found a briefcase full of money?

Invest but only after assuring that it's mine ;-)!

9. If you meet someone that you love, would you confess to him/her?

Sheesh! Not again ;-) !

10. List out 3 good points of the person who tagged you.

Oh well...! Ashma, this is for you (mimicking the deep, sexy baritone of a guy :D)

Sweet, simple and similar :D

11. What are the requirements that you wish from your other half?

Mature, well established and patient (read as not given to temper tantrums)

12. Which type of person do you hate the most?

I have taken a long time to find this out: manipulative! I can tolerate manipulations of the gentle kind but my patience runs dry with those extreme types determined to run your life....and emotions!

13. What is your ambition?

Sighhhhhhhhhhhh.......to learn some tact and diplomacy !

14. What is the thing that will make you think someone is a bad person?

Hmmmm..... I am the sort of person who would identify the good qualities even in a 'bad' person. Therefore, there's no definition for a bad person in my dictionary. The 'best' people, after all, have shades of grey.

15. (My question) If God appears before you, what would you ask?

To grant the power of self-realisation among people. Because, there's nothing as powerful as self-realisation to make one aware of one's wrong-doings and set them right/atone for them before it is too late.

16. If you could do one thing different in life, what would it be?

Ha ha....being a non-conformist, I appear to do all different things in my life! So would just add on to the list ;-)!

17. Are you a shopaholic or no?

Er....I would prefer the term impulsive shopper! However, splurging on thyself improves one's mood dramatically (by personal experience, of course)!

18. What is your stress buster?

Several, since I get stressed often (wry smile): a good book, a long walk, photographing mundane subjects like the one below.....(However, I am the first to admit that talking isn't such a good stress buster for me as I have a tendency to do just the opposite during stress: clamp up!)

19. It would be 2008 in a few days, do you have a new year’s resolution?

It would be 2009 in approximately 11 months. Calculations apart, I have lots of resolutions, none specific to any new year :-)! Foremost is: Thou shall remain positive :-)!

20. What’s one thing in yourself that you would like to change?

Hmmmm..... I really wish I could be less hard on myself! In more than one situations, I have forgiven the rest, but not before being bitter, angry and calling myself a hundred types of fool!

Auuuunnndddddddddddd the grand finale (the part I loooouuurrrrve most): I (hereby) tag Shruthi, Anitha, Charu, Khushi and Angada :D!
