Critisicing ............

I can think of many but maybe specific to me: Parenting, cooking,etc......

Chitra said...

-/Chitra
Hyuck hyuck..some people do not know anything else other than to critisise! But that's not the answer...because we do not do that 90% of the time...

Shruthi said...

In a deep relaxed state, we don't breathe at all for a while, - so err. emm... 90 % of the time... ;))
ok ok I know what you mean, and I am tying myself up in knots trying to guess what it is.
If it is some internal bodily function, which we have no idea of, then I pass. ;))

Chitra said...

-/Shruthi
Tee he...illa illa...no interal bodily function. Our basic necessity...both personally as well as professionally...

chitra said...

Dear Chitra,

I meant that to criticise constructively is an art and not learnt that as yet..........or prbbly nt willing to learn.
I forwarded ur q to a colleague of person whose reply is below :
"90% of the time, we procrastinate.....which believe me, we are reeaaaallly good at...just don't know it thats all"

Chitra said...

-/Chitra
How true...:). Okay here's another clue - it's something which we learn...or atleast try to learn from birth...and continues till death. An on-going process.....

chitra said...

To live

Chitra said...

-/Chitra
We do that 100% of our time. Something which is next to that...

Shruthi said...

To learn, to grow, to mature.... (mentally) ;)

To love :)

Chitra said...

-/Shruthi
Close...quite close...now think what is necessary for that.

-/Anamika
Hyuck hyuck...something that preceedes love as well!

Shruthi said...

This is getting more and more like 20 questions ;)
What is necessary to learn, grow, etc...? we need to grow older. :D
Ummmm....Basic necessity, both personally as welll as professionally...... Listen! ;) -- But we don't do that when we are sleeping :(
Grrr Grrr......Chitra... wait till I get my hands on you!

Chitra said...

-/Shruthi
Hyuck hyuck...seriously, you are getting close. It's something which we do even in our dreams albeit sub-consciously.

chitra said...

chitra,

when i meant to live, i didnt mean the normal inhaling and exhaling, I meant enjoying lifre to its fullest. To, Live, even the animals do.

Chitra said...

-/Chitra
No no...this has nothing to do with living. It all has to do with one basic aspect of your life...something elementa...something which we are born for.

alright... chitra... i read your blog after along long time! pretty small one!

aahaan... so this is the surprise you were talking about?!!

direkishore said...

checking emails, sending emails :) you probably sent a mail to a wrong person !

that was my first guess, but the comments dont seem to be anywhr close to tat :( , it must be wrong

I guess I know the answer. I knew it very first time(I am confident that I am right), but hesitated then. After reading the clues I am damn sure I know the answer.

And everytime someone guessed I was tensed to know if it was right and relaxed to know that no one has yet replied correctly to you and that I would get all the limelight once I can enlighten your poor readers.

But tell me what is the prize if I am right. [And dont do the mistake of giving me a choice of what I want. You know what I shall ask.]

Ok, ready for the answer?, the answer that shall open the eyes of all curious souls, who might not be curious after all, but just confused.

I want to prolong giving the answer and extending the suspence..but then if someone else gives the right answer then I will be guilty.

So, here I go. The answer is ......cross my fingers....close your eyes....

and the answer is....

Talking.

And now lets have a look how my answer fits in the clues.

>>"How is that we are bad at something which we do 90% of our time?"

Many of us dont talk right. Which leads to problems.

We dont do it 90%

>>Our basic necessity...both personally >>as well as professionally..
Yes..talking is very necessary both personally and professionally.

It's something which we learn...or atleast try to learn from birth...and continues till death. An on-going process.....

It all has to do with one basic aspect of your life...something elementa...something which we are born for.
It's something which we do even in our dreams albeit sub-consciously.

OK...

-/Jinguchakka
Tee hee...so you find this taxing, eh?

-/Avinash
Close Avi..quite close!!

-/Chitra
Ya..sure..lead the way lady :) !!

-/Viky
Hmmm...no...do we do that 90% of our time?

-/Anubha
That takes up 100% of our time both mentally and physically :)!

-/AA
Surprise untu..wait maaDi noDi :D!!

-/direkishore
Which is again a form of what? Close...

-/Ravi
Tee hee RK...you are close. But it's not all.It forms a subset of something greater....try guessing that - just one more level :)!

Chitra said...

-/Angii
Hey Angii...sakkath close kaNo. Ravi too has told the same thing. Think of the superset of talking...

Anonymous said...

Communicating.

Anonymous said...

Expressing.

Chitra said...

-/Ravi
JACKPOT !!

-/Anon
...which again forms a part of communication!

Shruthi said...

At last!!!! Could not sleep the entire weekend ;)

Btw what exactly do you mean by subconscious communication during our sleep?

Chitra said...

-/Shruthi
Tee hee... :D!!

Hmmm...there are times when we find answers to some questions subconsciously (can relate it to people talking in their sleep). The only time we do not communicate is when we consciously choose not to....

Shruthi said...

Yes, we do find answers in our sleep many times - so do you mean communicating with ourselves?

Btw, in all this, I had forgotten your basic statement. You are right, most of us are pretty bad at communication.

Chitra said...

-/Shruthi
Hmmm...if there's a finite gap between the conscience and sub-conscience, sleep sometimes bridges it. And that would mean communicating with ourselves, alwe?

Shruthi said...

Ohhooo profound! Yes, got your point :)

Chitra said...

-/Shruthi
Tee hee...thanku thanku :D !
